The Boland Cellar Coffee-Style Pinotage delivers layers of dark prune, plum and sweet blueberry flavours with a prominent cedar French oak finish, reminiscent of Mocha Java. Due to the beautiful extraction of Pinotage fruit flavours, the oak was well integrated and delivered a wine with a creamy lingering finish.
The Conclusion is Louis’ flagshipwine, a perfect blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (63%), Merlot (30%), and Cabernet Franc (7%), and carefully matured in French oak barrels for 24 months.

This elegant red wine has upfront dark, ripe fruit, particularly of blackcurrant and plums, juicy and approachable, with savouriness – all harmonising in a smooth, lingering taste. The Pinotage was cold-fermented and then blended with the Shiraz and Grenache to ensure the long, clean finish. Enjoy with grilled beef rump or braised pork.
This Merlot is a medium-bodied wine with a dark-ruby colour and aromas of red berries and plums. The soft tannins give this fine wine a lingering finish and compliments a wide variety of food such a burgers, pizza, stews, steaks, venison and pasta.
This easy-drinking red blend, consisting of approximately 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Shiraz, shows aromas of sweet mulberry, spicy and dark forest fruit, with a medium-full savoury long finish on the palate. Delicious with red meat and hamburgers.
