We ship to most US states. Alcohol shipping rules differ by state, so checkout tells you straight away if we cannot deliver to your address. Shipping is calculated at checkout from the number of bottles and the destination; twelve full-price bottles worth $310 or more ship free. Florida customers can also choose free local pickup.

All orders are shipped with climate-controlled packaging to maintain optimal storage temperatures during transit. This ensures your wines and spirits arrive in the same condition they left our facility, regardless of weather conditions.

Yes, you must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcoholic beverages. An adult (21+) must be present to sign for the delivery. The carrier will not leave packages unattended.

We offer optional shipping insurance at checkout, priced at 10% of your order value plus shipping, with a $15 minimum. This covers your order against loss or damage during transit. If shipping insurance is not purchased, Southern African Products is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), processed securely by Clover. Your card is charged when you place the order.

Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days. Florida delivery is typically 3-5 business days. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Refunds are available for orders that have not been shipped. Once dispatched, we cannot process a refund. Damaged products may be eligible for a refund or replacement if reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Contact john@southernafricanproducts.com with your order number.

Mix any 12 full-price single bottles worth $310 or more and the dozen ships free. Sale bottles always ship at their own rate and do not count toward the dozen, and cases (beer, cider) always ship at their usual rate.

Pinotage is South Africa's signature red grape variety, created in 1925 by crossing Pinot Noir and Cinsault. It produces full-bodied wines with flavors of dark berries, plum, and sometimes smoky or coffee notes. We carry Pinotage from producers like KWV, Fleur du Cap, Niel Joubert, De Grendel, and more.
